1.What is your official operating hours?
We operate on Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm excluding public holidays and weekends.

2. How many days would it take to process my order?
All orders excluding pre-orders are processed within the next 3~7 working days.

4. Am I able to change my order when order is placed?
If the order has not been processed, we are able to assist you in changing your order. Kindly contact our customer service at young@cotde.co.kr

5. Can my order be cancelled and refunded?
It depend on the order state
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order is sent out, you will receive notification from our courier on the expected delivery date. For Singapore deliveries, we will inform you via SMS that your order is ready to be shipped. You can then estimate its arrival date.
7. Am I able to exchange my items when I have received the item?
Damaged items are exchangeable. Kindly contact our customer service within 14 working days from your date of purchase. Please quote your order number and date of purchase to our customer service.
